We want to be open and transparent about the service we provide and would in most cases insist on a site visit. This allows us to meet you the client, get a feel for the scheme and develop the brief.
For the smaller schemes this also enables us to give a verbal quote for our services which is followed up by a written fee proposal. Should you appoint us we will advise what the programme will be for completion of our works.
As with all things in life change is inevitable and we will endeavour to capture any changes within the design development stage if possible. Should change be imposed upon us we will advise of the implications before incorporating into the design.
We are only as good as our last project and would ask that you provide us with feedback whether it is positive or negative so we continually review and update the service we provide.
